To whom it may concern,
I have sent this to the Fraud Office again, the police, my MP and the national and local press. It is also on my website with a link to it as part of the larger harassment campaign - of fraudulently taking the following monies out of my account - the £888 is not even documented or any receipt provided alongside the £7404 equating £8292.
This £8292 must be refunded in full immediately.
My main contacts at Orlando Reid below must be investigated as criminals and their business be shut down immediately with all funds to date frozen and all computers and phones seized -

I did not even see the property Orland Reid pretended I had committed to. Indeed they must have hacked into Chesterton's account and intercepted one of their customers.
They even contacted me and started email threads with misleading contracts and subject lines to my different emails - which I did not give them. Pure scam.
Orland Reid indeed pursued me aggressively, questioning me for highly private financial data no doubt with the intention to steal more money- otherwise why else would they. There numerous aggressive and rude emails about wanting my private financial data information - more than any other subject. They further harassed me including forcibly throwing me out of their office when I started crying asking for my money back. And also even lied saying that my ex husband had asked them to call the police if I questioned their theft.
They then sent numerous emails to extort money out of me. I was even worried if I could rent somewhere else.

Stealing data may well constitute a criminal offence under the Theft Act 1968 in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Fraud Act 2006 (defines the criminal offence of obtaining money or property by deception, involving dishonest intent to make a gain or cause a loss).
In the UK, "harassment for money" falls under
Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, which makes it a criminal offence for a creditor or their agent to harass a person to pay a debt. This includes actions that are frequent, alarming, distressing, or humiliating, such as excessive phone calls, threats of false criminal proceedings, impersonating officials, or public embarrassment. Creditors must not make misleading representations or engage in aggressive tactics, and they must allow reasonable time for the debtor to seek advice or make proposals.
Computer Misuse Act 1990 ('CMA1990') is the main UK legislation relating to offences or attacks against computer systems such as hacking or denial of service.
Please note I did not take keys at any point from any of the properties pertaining to either Chesterton or Orlando Reid and stayed in luxury hotels for the main part.

In April 2025 to move in May 2025 - I viewed the following property organised by Zak at Chestertons -Zak.Dowdeswell@chestertons.co.uk and Jack.Burnett@chestertons.co.uk. In deed a female colleague showed me the property with an intention of moving
I viewed a 3 bed apartment for £3850k per month at Cascade Court and I cancelled all other appointments that day because I liked it. I specifically wanted a 3 bedroom apartment so I could have friends and family stay. I also wanted an open balcony and a nice view. Critically it was important for the apartment to have nice decoration - this is what my 12 year old daughter had been used to for the whole of her life. This seemed reasonable and fair. She has attended private schooling and central London nurseries from a baby. She is a gifted child and requires stability and it had been a time of instability over the previous 12 months despite us creating a stable environment prior for 11years.
How could I possibly at all assume this highly strategic fraudulent crime would be possible ? They would be automatically put in prison. And indeed I have told the police and have told the Fraud office and this is going to my local MP. It is part of a larger campaign of harassment and of course will appear in all my blogs.
This whole situation led to my daughter and I living in temporary accommodation at unnecessary expense and disruption of around £6k a month. I have now settled in Victoria (paid up £67K in full - to avoid any future instability) and have set up home for my daughter and I. It has also wasted my energy and money in pursuing my travel blog and prevented me from carrying out my duties as a mother. It has stopped my business for 4 months
I feel I was targeted by a racist company called Orlando Reid. Incidentally they questioned my finances throughout - I have plenty of email correspondence. After the mistake or complete scamming on their part - they acknowledged that I did not want their flat by the way in their office and said they would market it and refund me my amount. I went back in to speed up the process and was so upset I started crying that I had spent all this money and was effectively homeless as a result of their scamming. They kicked me out. I went back in to resolve the situation and they said that apparently my ex husband Julian Burge had told them that if I were to go into their office and talk to them to resolve getting my money back, that he told them for them to call the police. He has confirmed that this was a complete lie by Orlando Reid. This actually attacks the reputation of my ex Husband who is part of the FCA as a member - by the way as a main industry leader dealing with fraud and regulatory aspects and previously an auditor. By the way he also has a business with numerous flats (sometimes 30 flats at time rented out) including while we were married. He was CCed in most of the emails.
It implied he was misleading the police and not trustworthy. Orlando Reid in effect also attacked my ex husband Julian Burge directly.
Despite the fact I never took the key and I never saw the property before being scammed, Orlando Reid maintained I was bound to the contract for 6 months and liable for payment. In a rules based system - this is obviously fraud. I am now wasting my precious time on updating the police on this matter.
